Bespoke Memorials
Sometimes we are asked for unique memorials, gravestones that are very specific to you. There are always restrictions within the cemetery but we are able to create spectacular and unique memorials.
Sometimes we need to take ideas and start from a blank canvas. In this instance we will start with some rough drawings and gradually amend them following feedback. If required, we can create clay models so that you are completely sure of the carvings we are doing for you.
Families often take inspiration from our large range of memorials in the showroom to create their own bespoke memorial. Often by removing or adding features to one of our standard range of headstones families can create something that more accurately reflects their loved ones.
The National Association of Memorials Masons regularly run trade exhibitions where our sister company The Blast Shop exhibit. During the shows there is a national competition to create unique pieces of work highlighting the skills of the trade. We regularly enter and Mike and Rob have both won gold awards for their entries.
Having a bespoke memorial doesn't have to mean having a large or imposing stone. Some of the more delicate work can be very striking and be better suited to commemorating your loved ones.
